Shipping Information

With our specialist courier, we offer a two man delivery service to the room of your choice. The courier will remove all packaging from your home, too. The cost of delivery is included to all addresses in mainland UK. 

For areas in the UK that are not mainland (for instance, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Scottish Isle etc) our courier can delivery, however, there will be a surcharge. This is not a set amount, as we have to check at the time of ordering. Please contact us on admin@hamptonreformers.com prior to placing your order, and we can obtain an accurate quote for you.

Order Processing Time

We will contact you before on the day of your order, or the following day, in order to schedule a suitable delivery date for your reformer. We will then pass this date onto our courier company, who will liaise with you further.

Mats & rings will be dispatch on the day of order (if received before 2pm, on a business day) or on the next business day. We use DPD.
