Accessories
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided items are unused, in perfect condition, and with original packaging.
If you wish to return an item, please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping (unless the product is faulty or we made an error with the order). We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during transit.

Reformers
Before purchasing a reformer please check the dimensions to ensure that you have a suitable space available.
Please read our manual and product information on the website before purchasing.
Only products purchased directly from Hampton Reformers are eligible for returns.
Please report any issues within 3 days of receiving your item & include photographs. Please note that you have the right to a refund within 14 days of delivery.
We have spare parts at our warehouse which we will endeavour to dispatch as soon as possible.
We will need to arrange a specialist courier to collect the reformer. The courier will return it to our warehouse. We will need to arrange this on your behalf, so please contact admin@hamptonreformers.com with the details.Β
Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the product are our warehouse.
Refunds can take up to 5 working days to process, depending on your provider.
